This Heeler pup was rescued from a puppy farm. A lady had about 60 dogs, all in terrible heart breaking conditions. We managed to convince her to let us take 13. This lil pup was being eaten alive by fleas and living in filth. She is also deaf.
Sure hope you reported her so you could save the 47 other souls..
